Creating a OneSafe account is free. However, due to high demand, KYB (Know Your Business) verification is currently waitlisted. To help speed things up, we offer optional upgrades such as priority review and SWIFT access.

If your application is unsuccessful, here’s how refunds work based on what you paid for:

Early Access for Stables Account

• What it is: Fast-track placement in our Stables Account KYB review queue.

• If rejected: You’ll be refunded minus $50 (processing fee).

• Est. Approval Time: 3-5 weeks

Priority KYB Package

• What it is: KYB fast-tracking with a dedicated account manager .

• If rejected: You’ll be refunded the amount paid less $250.

• Est. Approval Time: 1-3 weeks
