How Do We Determine If a Company Is Considered European, and what are the limitations?
Last updated: August 28, 2025
At OneSafe, we use a company’s operating address (proof of address) to determine whether it is considered European.
If your business is based in the US but provides a European operating address, it will be classified as “European.”
This classification applies regardless of where the company was incorporated.
