Why isn't my crypto deposit showing up?

Here are a few things to check:
1. Your deposit may still be processing
Deposits can occasionally be delayed. Reach out to our support team and we'll check with our provider.
2. You have a pending compliance requirement
Deposits may be held if there's an outstanding request from our team. Check your email and complete any pending requests.
3. Wrong address or network
Make sure you're sending to your assigned OneSafe deposit address and that the token and network match exactly.
Your OneSafe deposit address is different from the wallet address your funds are coming from (the source wallet). Never send funds back to that wallet address. Sending to the wrong address, network, or token will result in unrecoverable funds.
