If you believe your OneSafe account has been compromised, take the following steps immediately:

1. Contact OneSafe Support

Email our team at support@onesafe.io and request an account freeze so we can prevent further activity. Please include:

  • Company name

  • Registered email address

  • A short description of what you noticed

2. Contact Bridge Support

Since Bridge holds your account’s underlying funds, you should also request a temporary pause from their team. Email support@bridge.xyz with the same information:

  1. Company name

  2. Registered email address

  3. Brief explanation of the issue

We strongly recommend adding 2FA as it helps keep your account secure. Be cautious with unfamiliar emails or links.
