You cannot enroll on OneSafe if:
You are an individual unless you have established a sole proprietorship
Your business engages in a restricted industry

You are not eligible to enroll for a OneSafe account if your business is involved in any of the following.
Internet gambling businesses
Controlled substances or the distribution of illegal drugs without proper licensing
Sale, distribution, or manufacturing of firearms or ammunition
Adult entertainment businesses, including prostitution and escort services
Human trafficking
Precious metals, gems, or jewelry industry
Political campaign fundraising or related activities
Distribution of counterfeit or unauthorized goods
Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or other deceptive financial schemes
Production or distribution of illegal digital content, including child exploitation
Eligibility is assessed across multiple factors.
You may not be able to enroll on OneSafe if any applicable restriction applies to your business or ownership details.
Restrictions are evaluated based on:
UBO ID country – the country where the owner’s government-issued ID was issued
UBO residential address – the address shown on the owner’s proof of address (POA)
Business registered address – the address where the business is legally incorporated
Business operating address – the address shown on the business' POA, or the UBO’s residential address if no business POA is provided
