Is my business eligible for a OneSafe card? Can I use my card anywhere?

Eligibility for OneSafe corporate cards is determined based on both your company’s registered address and operating address. Both must be located in supported jurisdictions in order for card issuance to be approved.

Which countries are supported?

OneSafe can issue corporate cards to businesses registered or operating in the following countries and territories:

Antigua & Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Bangladesh, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Costa Rica, Côte d’Ivoire, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Ghana, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Hong Kong, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Martinique, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Pakistan, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Senegal, Singapore, South Africa, Suriname, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks & Caicos Islands, United Arab Emirates, United States, Uganda, Uruguay, Zambia.

If your business is located outside of these countries, card issuance is not currently supported.

Which US states are supported?

For U.S.-based businesses, OneSafe can issue cards in the following states:

Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

Are there U.S. states where card issuance is not supported?

Yes. OneSafe does not currently issue cards to businesses located in:

Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont.

Are there countries where card issuance is not permitted?

Yes. OneSafe does not issue corporate cards to businesses registered or operating in:

Belarus, China (Mainland), Cuba, India, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam.

Which types of businesses are not eligible for a OneSafe card?

Cards cannot be issued to entities engaged in the following types of businesses under any circumstances:

  • Businesses involved in illegal or highly regulated activities, including but not limited to:

    • Distribution of illegal substances or controlled drugs without proper licensing

    • Human trafficking, prostitution, or escort services

    • Sale of counterfeit or unauthorized goods

    • Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or other deceptive practices

    • Production or distribution of illegal digital content

  • Political campaign fundraising or donation platforms

Due to regulatory and compliance requirements, certain business models may be subject to enhanced due diligence and compliance review prior to approval, including:

  • Money Service Businesses (MSBs) and remittance providers

  • Cryptocurrency platforms or digital asset service providers

  • Charities and non-profit organizations

  • Precious metals or commodities dealers

  • Subscription-based or creator platforms

  • Regulated gaming or fantasy sports operators

Approval for these industries is subject to regulatory requirements and internal compliance assessment. Additional documentation may be required.

Are there countries where I cannot use my card?

Yes. Due to international sanctions and payment network restrictions, your card cannot be used in the following countries:

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • North Korea

  • Russia

  • Syria

  • Ukraine

  • Venezuela

What types of purchases are not allowed with the card?

Cards cannot be used for the following types of purchases:

  • Purchase or trading of digital currencies

  • Drug-related products, including marijuana, cannabis, CBD, or black-market items

  • Payments on dark web marketplaces or for hacking or cybercrime services

  • Unlicensed internet pharmacies or pharmacies operating outside regulated jurisdictions

  • Firearms, ammunition, or explosives (for corporate accounts)

  • Hazardous materials or chemicals without proper regulatory authorization

  • Escort services or similar platforms

  • Unlicensed or illegal auction sites

  • Unregulated lending services, including payday loan providers

  • Data brokerage services, especially involving unauthorized personal data

  • Purchase or trade of endangered species or wildlife products
