Why can't I download my files?

If you're having trouble downloading your files (CSVs, PDFs, account letters, account statements, or any other document), your browser may be blocking pop-ups or file downloads.

Please check your browser settings and:

  • Allow pop-ups for OneSafe

  • Enable automatic downloads

  • Make sure downloads aren’t being blocked by an extension (e.g., ad blockers)

After updating your settings, try downloading the file again.

If the issue continues, try using a different browser or contact support for assistance.
