If you’re unable to add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:

1. Tokenization limit reached

You may have reached the activation limit for your card:

• 10 activations within 90 days, or

• 5 activations within 24 hours

2. Unsupported region

Apple Pay may not be supported in your current country or region.

3. Missing or unknown region

Your Google or Apple account profile may not have a country set, which prevents card provisioning.

What should I do?

• If you’ve recently tried adding your card multiple times, wait before trying again

• Make sure your account profile includes your correct country

• Confirm that Apple Pay or Google Pay is supported in your region
