Your OneSafe account may be on the Free Plan, which has limited features.

Common reasons this happens:

  • Your free trial ended and payment couldn't be processed

  • Your payment method failed or expired

When your account reverts to the Free Plan, certain features are paused, including:

  • Sending money

  • Card transactions

  • Creating invoices

  • Scheduled payments

  • Reimbursements
