Why is there a different deposit address for different invoices?

Your account has its own general deposit details, separate from what's shown on an invoice. On invoices, they're specific to that invoice and exist so we can correctly match your payment to it.

For example, two SEPA invoices billed to Acme Corp would carry the same deposit details, while a SEPA invoice for Beta Corp would carry a different set.

If deposit details differ between invoices for the same recipient on the same payment method, that's unexpected — contact support at support@onesafe.io or via the in-app widget.
