Banking hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, excluding holidays.
Crypto processing times are subject to blockchain congestion and security protocols, which may occasionally cause delays.
RFIs (Requests for Information) from providers may extend processing times, especially for high-value transactions or international wires.
SWIFT transfers require an account upgrade. If you don't see SWIFT as a transfer option, you'll need to upgrade your account to access international wire transfers.
